Here's a collection of recipes using ingredients you can get from us;

Cabritto Chili

(Ground Goat Meat)


1 lb. ground Cabrito/Chevon (Goat Meat)

1 small onion

1 bell pepper (red or green)

4 cloves of garlic

¼ cup red chili powder

2 tsp marjoram

½ tsp cumin

1 14.5 oz can Fire Roasted diced Tomatoes with Chipotle Peppers

1 15 oz can Pinto Beans

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Coarse ground pepper to taste


Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in 2 Tbsp. of oil.  Add red chili pepper, marjoram, and cumin and continue to sauté for a minute.  Add ground meat and cook until brown.  Add diced tomatoes, pinto beans and water to desired consistence.  Simmer for 30-45 minutes.  (The longer the chili is simmered, the more the flavors will blend.  Refrigerating overnight and then reheating the chili will also give the flavors a chance to blend).
