About Two Bridges Farm

Two Bridges Farm is located in beautiful rural north-central North Carolina, on Highway 39 just north of Louisburg.  On our farm you'll find happy goats, happy chickens, a growing natural produce garden, as well as four barking dogs and a happy family.

History

In October of 2009, Gary and Ranell Bridges left the city life and moved onto 21 acres of beautiful farm land.  From there, the dream started turning into reality, and the farm had a herd of goats and a flock of chickens within the first month.  The first year was dedicated to acclimating to the farm life and laying the groundwork for what was to come.  In early 2011, their son Austin returned home to share the dream, and marketing started soon after.  Still in the early stages of production, we work hard to bring you humanely raised delicious goat meat, the freshest of eggs, and fresh all natural produce harvested weekly from our garden.

Our Philosophy, Goals, and Dreams

We are dedicated to creating a sustainable farming model which can be emulated by others who share our dream.  We're always searching for efficacious uses for resources and believe firmly in doing more with less.  We are striving to soon be organically certified and currently grow all of our produce with all organic practices.  We treat our animals with the utmost respect and love, and are vigilant in making sure they are happy and taken care of.  They enjoy their days foraging on our green fields and open pastures.

We hope to someday be completely sustainable and help others achieve the dream that we're making a reality.  If you have any questions about our farming practices, please don't hesitate to contact us.  We encourage consumer/farmer interaction and believe in complete transperancy in the food industry.
